Delete your Skilz data

This page explains how to ask Skilz to delete your account and the personal data linked to it. You do not need to log in to use it, and it works whether or not you can still log in to the Skilz app.

How to request deletion

Fill in the form below with the phone number or email address registered to your Skilz account, and submit it.

Submitting the form does not delete anything by itself. Every request is reviewed by a member of our team, and we verify that you own the account before any data is deleted. This protects you from someone else deleting your account. If we cannot verify that the account is yours, we will not delete it.

What we may keep

• Records that we are required by law to keep, such as financial and transaction records, may be retained.
• A record of your deletion request itself (the contact detail you submitted and when we received it).
